Norton's career was built on the front line of the customer journey — fourteen-plus years across UAE sales floors, project sites and contact centres, including seven years leading CRM operations at Dubai Properties Group, where he oversaw every touchpoint from pre-sale inquiry to post-handover resolution.
That journey now powers his current discipline at One Development: inventory and sales operations.
