About

Turning operational complexity into clean execution.

Norton's career was built on the front line of the customer journey — fourteen-plus years across UAE sales floors, project sites and contact centres, including seven years leading CRM operations at Dubai Properties Group, where he oversaw every touchpoint from pre-sale inquiry to post-handover resolution.

That journey now powers his current discipline at One Development: inventory and sales operations. He keeps unit availability, reservations, sales status and pricing aligned across Salesforce, ERP and booking systems — and acts as the bridge between sales, marketing, finance, legal and customer teams, so each one works from a single source of truth.

The throughline is consistent: take a complex, multi-team operation, document how it should run, govern the data behind it, and keep it calm under pressure. Sharp memory, prompt follow-up, and a steady hand when everything moves at once — that's the operating style.

Inventory Integrity

Unit availability, reservations, sales status and pricing maintained as a single source of truth — reconciled, logged and audit-ready at all times.

CRM & ERP Alignment

Salesforce, Oracle ERP and booking systems kept in lockstep, so every team works from the same numbers without manual second-guessing.

SOP-Driven Execution

Processes documented as SOPs and end-to-end workflows, turning tribal knowledge into repeatable, trainable operating standards.

Customer Journey Control

Seven years across the full real estate customer journey — from pre-sale inquiry to post-handover — informs every operational decision.

Featured Framework

The Inventory Accuracy Playbook

A practical operating framework for keeping unit availability, pricing, reservations, and reporting aligned across sales, finance, marketing, legal, CRM, and ERP systems.

Six phases · One operating rhythm

Accuracy isn't a one-time cleanup — it's a system. Each phase below controls a specific failure point in real estate sales operations, from the master baseline to the executive report. Run together, they turn inventory data into a competitive advantage instead of a recurring fire drill.

  1. 01

    Master Inventory Baseline

    Controls
A verified, single source of truth for every unit — availability, status, pricing and attributes.
    Why it matters
Every downstream decision inherits the quality of this baseline. If the master is wrong, everything is wrong.
    Output
A reconciled master inventory, aligned across CRM, ERP and pricing sheets.
  2. 02

    Status Governance

    Controls
Who can change a unit's status, when, and under what conditions — from available to reserved to sold.
    Why it matters
Uncontrolled status changes create double-bookings, phantom availability and finance disputes.
    Output
A clear status lifecycle with defined ownership and change rules.
  3. 03

    Pricing & Attribute Control

    Controls
Price changes, discount approvals and premium attributes — view, floor, unit type — under one governance layer.
    Why it matters
Pricing integrity is revenue integrity. Premium units mispriced or misclassified leak value silently.
    Output
Governed pricing sheets and an attribute-based categorisation of premium stock.
  4. 04

    Reservation-to-Booking Handoff

    Controls
The transition from a held unit to a confirmed booking, across sales, finance and legal.
    Why it matters
This is where deals stall and data drifts. A clean handoff keeps sales momentum and customer trust intact.
    Output
A documented handoff flow with checkpoints, owners and SLA expectations.
  5. 05

    Reconciliation & Audit Logs

    Controls
Scheduled cross-system checks and a permanent, audit-ready log of every inventory change.
    Why it matters
Reconciliation catches drift early; audit logs turn questions into answers instead of investigations.
    Output
Recurring reconciliation reports with findings, recommendations and a complete change history.
  6. 06

    Executive Reporting Rhythm

    Controls
What leadership sees, how often, and in what shape — trends, gaps and high-demand signals.
    Why it matters
Accurate data only creates advantage when it reaches decision-makers in time to act.
    Output
A reporting cadence of management-ready dashboards and custom analyses.
